Overall it was an awesome session and a good variation to what I'm used to. I am still trying to get my garmin HRM to work properly but at the moment it's not playing ball and reporting that I am having heart attacks for 80% of the time!
Speed was a little disappointing as it falls short of where I used to be, but it's early days and the speeds are promising for the summer events.
