I haven't picked up a battery for my heart rate monitor yet so I'm limited to intermittently checking my HR on the bike and treadmill as I progress.
The ride was good although got a bit tough towards the end as I hadn't eaten particularly well.
Running straight away afterwards was tough, and I am not overly fond of treadmill running at the best of times! Still, managed to plough through and finished feeling very proud of myself!
Am looking forward to the long club ride on Saturday when I can get out properly.
