First day training of 2013

I've finally made it back to Wales and will be starting the training for the 2013 tri challenge tonight.

It'll be endurance bike work in the gym before a 3mile short tempo treadmill run to top it off.

I am hoping to start keeping a paper based journal so I can identify any trends or patterns in relation to my training and performance that may be of help to any other people doing similar training.
