Starting to be able to sleep right through the night without waking up every few hours which is a plus and I am feeling far more rested when I wake up in the morning. I am still waking up about 20 minutes before my alarm though which is quite frustrating!

Needless to say I didn't magnate to strictly stick to the above programme! Endurance is starting to come along nicely but I am still having trouble with my breathing! Will hopefully get some time to practice over the weekend and going to do a bit of research to see if there are any articles on the net that might be able to help me out.
