Snow has descended over cardiff and so the chances of getting a long run in outside of the gym were pretty much zero at about 11am.
I had planned to get to the gym and do the dreaded treadmill run, but unfortunately it closed at 2pm and I wasn't able to make it in time which left only one option, DAY OFF!!
I'll make it to the gym tomorrow to get a long ride in if it's open :)
