total distance: 44.59km, 878 calories. 142 average watts, 139 avg hr.

the low wattage sections saw a drop in my HR to approximately 130-140, staying towards the higher end in the latter stages of the routine.
My HR hit a peak 162 in the final section but the lactic acid build up was a whole new experience!
