90 minute session
Warmup: 200m FC, 200m kicks (w/ fins), 200m FC (w/ paddles), 200m (w/ buoy)
Main: 1x800m FC(35s rest), 1x400m(25s rest), 4x100m(20s rest), 1x800....
there was more, but by this point I was exhausted and it's all I got through.
Definitely making progress on the swimming front. The warm up was still taxing, but I felt strong before going into the main set. The 800m sets were brutal but its a testament to the progress that I have made that I was able to complete them, albeit slowly!
