I took Joe along to tonight's sprint session so he could have a glimpse into the sort of training that i've been doing and he could try something abit different to his usual sprinting sets.
Tonight was a hill repeats session with a 1 mile warm up/warm down. The hill repeats were 10x 115m sprints up a reasonably steep hill. Unfortunately, my garmin hasn't quite registered all the incline gradients properly, so can't give you the exact figures.
Was a really good session for speed work and was definitely feeling an ache throughout all of my legs by the end of it!
