Warmup: 200m f/c, 200m f/c with buoy, 200m kicks (no flippers), 200m f/c
Can't remember the main set of the swimming sessions, but there a few 400m and 100m multiples which I found much better today.
Managed to get some advise on my stroke which whilst making it slightly harder on my shoulders made the stroke seem much smoother and I was reaching the opposite end of the pool without feeling so fatigued.
I also overheard Andy (one of the coaches) giving some advice to one of the other guys in the lane which I took on board which again helped me with my efficiency.
Overall it was a good session. I've still got a good distance to go before I will be knocking out 800 meters like it was nothing before jumping on a bike a doing 40k without it phasing me, but definitely marking today down as a win.
