16km total run, starting at 12 km/h, increasing by 0.1km/h per hour
This was the first run for a few weeks and i really felt the break. I'm not the biggest fan of treadmill running at the best of times, but today it was particularly tough.
Managed to force through, but realised that I still need to get back on track with the training programme before the 10k in march if i'm going to be able to pull off a 40minute 10km.
